MEMBERSHIP and BOARD CERTIFICATION:

To register for your Board Certification, please answer the questions on the "Contact Us and Simple Application Form" page ...

...then... click the PayPal button below.

You may use a Credit or a Debit Card to  apply for your membership and Board Certification.  

You do not need a PayPal account -- anyone may use this service.

Step-By-Step Instructions for sending payment by Debit or Credit Card:

1. Click the Orange Pay Pal button at left.
2. Make certain UNIT PRICE and QUANTITY are correct
3. Click on the box that says UPDATE TOTALS
4. Make sure that the total is correct ($100 for Board Certification/Membership -- $65. for Course Tuition)
5. IF you already have a PayPal account, you may go to the right hand side and log in.
6. IF you do NOT have a PayPal account, no problem!
7. You may use your Debit or Credit Card to make a payment.  GO TO THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE PAGE and click CONTINUE
8. A new page opens
9. Enter YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION on the left hand side EXACTLY as it appears on your card
10. Hit REVIEW ORDER and CONTINUE
11. Make sure information is correct and PaPal will send you a confirmation of your order AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU'VE GIVEN THEM.
